PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the human burden of budget generation managing operation by setting sales budget indexes by the days of the week corresponding to classification codes and automatically calculating sale budgets by days. SOLUTION: A sales budget index file 52 is previously stored with classification names specifying the classification codes of respective articles and the sales budget indexes by the days of the week corresponding to the classification codes. Through key input on a keyboard 2, the classification code of an article whose daily sales budget is to be calculated, a period of the daily sales budget calculation, and the total sales of the article whose daily sales budget is to be calculated in the specific period are inputted respectively. A sales budget arithmetic processing part 1 reads the sales budget indexes by the days of the week corresponding to the inputted classification code out of the sales budget index file 52 and automatically calculates the sales budgets by the days in the inputted specified period from the sales budget indexes by the days of the week and the inputted total sales budget. |
