A HDTV decoder in order to decrease the block phenomenon of the decoded image data from the reverse quantization means and reverse DCT because of the quantization error and the frequence limit. The said decoder consist of a decoder(210), a reverse quantization means(22), adder(240) where recover the image table, a block analysis means(270) where generates the filtering flag and a block filter(280) where filters the block selectively. |
