FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to preparing phosphorus-containing alloys based on copper, titanium, iron, and other metals and their mixtures. To that end, oxygen-containing phosphorus compound, reducing reagent, and alloy-forming metal are provided in the form of powders with particle size no larger than 1 mm, uniform mixture is formed and temperature no lower than 700 C is created in a local volume of mixture, melting of alloy-forming metal and dissolving of phosphorus therein being performed simultaneously. As alloy-forming metal, one or more metals can be used selected from the following group: copper, iron, nickel, titanium. Reducing reagent may be aluminium, magnesium or calcium. Oxygen-containing phosphorus compound may be phosphorus pentoxide, apatite or phosphorite concentrate. Increasing degree of recovery of useful components into final alloy can be achieved through replacing at least 20% of alloy- forming metal by its oxide. EFFECT: improved quality of alloys with simultaneously simplifying process, increased productivity, and reducing environmental problems. 6 cl |
