PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simultaneously obtain three-color laser beam of high output with a single laser oscillator by arranging respective wavelengths converters on the same circumference and repetitively rotationally driving a wavelength converter holding plate provided with a light shielding part. SOLUTION: Two nonlinear crystal 14 by which the phase matching of the crystals is attained in compliance with the respective wavelengths are fixed to a crystal mounting disk 13 provided with the nonlinear crystals 14 for converging the light of the base wavelength from an Ne:KGW rod 1 to second harmonic waves so as to triset the same circumference of the crystal mounting disk 13 in order to convert the light of the basic wavelength, respectively. The shielding parts 15 are disposed between the respective crystals. The nonlinear crystals 14 are arranged near the rear side focus of a first half-doughnut-shaped cylindrical lens 12. The resonance optical systems are mounted at a revolving shaft 5 in such a manner that the respectively trisected regions correspond to the wavelengths. The respective regions are arranged on the laser oscillation optical axis L of the Nd:KGW rod 1 in such a maner that the light is respectively converted to the second harmonic waves from the basic wave and that these waves are outputted by the rotation of the revolving shaft 5. |
