<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the wear of the photosensitive layer of a photoreceptor in an early stage in an image forming method adopting a recycling system. SOLUTION: The wear resistance of a photosensitive layer is improved by using polyester resin made of a linear polymer using a dihydroxy compd. represented by the formula, etc., and the amt. of a surface treating agent of a large particle diameter accelerating the wear of the polyester resin added to toner particles is limited to >0 to 0.9 pt.wt. per 100 pts.wt. of the toner particles. In the formula, each of R<1> and R<2> is 2-4C alkylene and each of R<3> -R<6> is H, 1-4C alkyl, aryl or aralkyl.</p> |
