<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately detect the damage to a diaphragm by forming a pump chamber of a double tube diaphragm disposed in such a way as to pierce the inside of an oil pressure chamber with a volumetric change generated by the reciprocating motion of a piston, and detecting a state change between tubes to detect the damage to the tube. SOLUTION: When a piston 3b is moved backward, a double tube diaphragm 4 is enlarged, and a fluid is led into a pump chamber 8 from a fluid lead-in pipe 9. When the piston 3b is moved forward, the double tube diaphragm 4 is contracted, and the fluid in the pump chamber 8 is discharged to a fluid lead-out pipe 10. When an outer tube 4a, for instance, is damaged in such a state, operating oil infiltrates into a clearance between the outer tube 4a and an inner tube 4b. Infiltrating operating oil is discharged to the tube damage detecting means 5 side during a discharge stroke, for instance, and when a fluid pressure sensor 5c detects the pressure of the operating oil reaching a fluid reservoir part 5e, an alarm is sent out by an alarm means 5d.</p> |
