STRIP LIKE MATERIAL DELIVERY APPARATUS

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To spirally wind a strip like material along the inner peripheral surface of an existing pipe without twisting the same. SOLUTION: A delivery drum 10 having a strip like material wound therearound is supported in a horizontal state in a rotatable manner by a rotary support 20 and the rotary support 20 is supported on a stand frame 30 so as to be capable of being rotated around a vertical shaft. The strip like material 41 is delivered from the delivery drum 10 by a pair of delivery rolls 16 and the number of rotations of the delivery rolls 16 is detected by an encoder 18. When it is detected that the strip like material is wound over a round on the basis of the length of the strip like material delivered by the delivery drum 10, a twist preventing motor 35 is driven and the rotary support 20 is rotationally driven so that the delivery drum 10 is allowed to make a round around the vertical shaft.
