FIELD: plastic metal working, particular, drawing; applicable in receiving on bobbin of drawn products, mainly, copper wire from drawbench or in rewinding. SUBSTANCE: coiler has bed, bobbin with drive rigidly connected to cantilevered shaft, horizontal rollers, vertical rolls of lengthwise orientation of drawn products, vertical rolls of coil laying, mounted on transverse reciprocating carriage kinematically connected with drive via crank and rocker. Shaft has members for attachment of bobbin to it and orientation of bobbin middle plane to vertical plane of products. Bobbin has rods, grips of initial end of product and holes for fixing of end of product upon completion of winding, device for prevention of loosening, barrel- or saddle-shaped winding, electromechanical device for switching drive in case of product breakage or end of its winding. Drive is intermittently frictional, i. e. , bobbin is positively rotated under action of periodic pushing friction contact of flexible pins installed on drive for regulation of their pressure to drive handwheel, by means of regulating member. Rollers and rolls are installed on pins and may be changed with rollers and rolls of other diameters for regulation of clearance between them in compliance with thickness of product.
