SUBSTANCE: combination of fruit juice and curative herbs used in liqueur gives positive influence on human organism and may be used as pain killer, antiinflammatory agent and cold relief. Used for this purpose in liqueur are the following ingredients in ratio, l and kg per 1000 dal of ready product: alcoholized apple juice, 2850.0-3150.0 l; aromatic alcohol of lemon oil, 38.5-42.5 l; aromatic alcohol of caraway, 22.8-25.5 l; 65.8-% sugar syrup, 3068.5-3391.5 l; tartrazine, 0.08-0.1 kg; herb liqueur infusion of Ist discharging, 370.5-409.5 l; common St. John'swort, 7.6-8.4 kg; vanilla grass, 8.85-9.45 kg; peppermint, 4.75-5.25 kg; common wormwood, 0.95-1.05 kg; matricary, 2.85-3.15 kg; hop, 2.85-3.15 kg; aqueous-alcohol fluid, the balance up to 25-% proof of blending. EFFECT: higher organoleptical and curative properties. |
