SUBSTANCE: tool-holder has supporting member that is allowed to be set on the turret or adjusting unit of a turner, tool head provided with a socket for the tool, and clamping mechanism for clamping the tool head in the supporting member. The supporting member has the axial opening for the tubular shank of the tool head. The clamping mechanism is received in the axial opening and has stop members that can move apart in the radial direction for engaging the tubular shank of the tool head. The clamping mechanism has a key set in the key groove in the tubular shank for angular positioning of the tool head. There is a means for rotation of the clamping mechanism about the longitudinal axis of the supporting member to vary angular position of the tool head. EFFECT: enhanced reliability.
