FIELD: organic synthesis, pharmacology. SUBSTANCE: novel cyclopropyl-substituted compounds have common formula (1) where R is cyclopropyl or methylcyclopropyl. Compounds are prepared by interaction of 2,6-dimethylhexanoyl chloride with 2,6-dimethylaniline, the process is carried out at 0-25 C in the presence of base. Then thus prepared 2,6-dimethylanilide of 2,6-dibromohexanoic acid interacts with R-NHwhere R is mentioned above, the process takes place at 70-100 C. Compounds may be used as antiarrhythmic agents and local analgesic agents. EFFECT: improved quality.
