FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: device has frame 1, charging device 2 and discharging device 3, and cylindric housing 4 is mounted horizontally. Inside the housing is a mechanical activator made up as outer screw 7, inner screw 8, and impeller 25. Under the actuator is pan 9 that separates the inner space of the housing into top steaming space 10 and bottom ventilated space 11. The top steaming space is in communication with steam generator 14 through a valve facility. The bottom ventilated space is connected with fan 20 through air duct 18 and gate 19. The blade of the outer screw of the activator is made up as spiral strip 26 which is inclined to the side of the grain supply at 5-30°. Spokes 27 are rigidly secured to the shaft with a drive. The space of inner screw 8, wound in the opposite direction, is secured to the same shaft. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency. 4 cl, 3 dwg |
