摘要 Acrylonitrile styrene copolymer resin composition with low change of color is prepared by maintaining the concentration of styrene and acrylonitrile consistently reacted by continuous reaction procedure. Styrene 75 parts by weight, acrylonitrile 25 parts by weight, toluene solvent 25 parts by weight, t-dodecyl mercaptan molecular weight modifier 0.1 parts by weight are fed through mixing apparatus(6) into reactor(11) via raw material introducing line(13), and the condensed liquid which is evaporated by portions of calorie from first reactor(11) at 150 deg.C and condensed via condenser(14), mixed with the introducing monomers is reintroduced into reactor(11) and then fed into second reactor(12) via conducting pump(15). For this step, it is characterized by adding additional toluene and styrene into reflux fluid so that the acrylonitrile contents of monomer components of reaction fluid within second reactor(12) could be same as those content within first reactor(11).
