Thermoplastic impact reinforcement is produced which added by continuous modulating polymerization free-emulsion made by agitating ion-exchange water, emulsifier, dienic monomer, C1-C18 mercaptan, arylmetacrylate pH modulator in external tank and reductant such as initiation agent and absolute crystal glucose when internal temperature of reactor is 60-70 deg. C introducing to reactor and mixing two rubber latex after making particle diameter of rubber latex is 0.2-0.2 Pm and 0.25-0.4 Pm by polymerizing introducing polymer modulator and initiation agent when internal temperature come to 50-60 deg. C inputing ion-exchange water, emulsifier, monomer.
