<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tying tool with a smaller number of parts that is easily assembled and manufactured. SOLUTION: This tying tool 1 contains a base 2, a lever 3, a shaft 4, and a washer 5, and the base 2 and lever 3 are supported in such a manner that they can be rotated on the shaft 4. The tying tool 1 is also provided with a ratchet mechanism 10 that allows the shaft 4 to be rotated only in one direction when the lever 2 is repeatedly rotated on the base 3. The ratchet mechanism 10 consists of first ratchet teeth 6 formed on the inside circumference of an opening 24 in the side plate 22 of the base on one side; second ratchet teeth 7 formed on the inside circumference of an opening 33 in the side plate 31 of the lever 3 on the other side; and a first pawl 8 and a second pawl 9 that are projectingly formed on the circumference of the shaft 4 and engaged with the fist ratchet teeth 6 and the second ratchet teeth 7, respectively.</p> |
