摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a method of manufacturing a laser oscillator restraining it from increasing in manufacturing cost, wherein an insulating material is easily and surely provided in the inner wall surface of a discharge space so as to enable the laser oscillator to output a laser beam of high stability. SOLUTION: The discharge space 12 of a discharge section 10 is made up with a first plate 16 and a second plate 18 arranged in parallel with each other and pairs of electrode holders 24 and 26 which are provided in the lateral edges of the plates 16 and 18 sandwiching a first electrode 20 and a second electrode 22 between them. Spray coating layers 28 and 30 of ceramic material which forms an insulating structure 14 are provided in the wall surfaces 16a and 18a of the first and the second plate, 16 and 18, by flame spraying.
