PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a gas laser oscillator device which is kept constant in light mode and very excellent in output stability by a method wherein two flanges or two mirrors are kept constantly high in parallelism on a laser oscillator optical bench. SOLUTION: A gas laser oscillator is has such a structure that laser gas is made to flow through a discharge tube 101 of insulator, a high voltage is applied inside the discharge tube 101 to start a discharge, the discharge is made to serve as a laser exciting source, and an optical bench is equipped with a pair of mirrors 2 and 3, whereby a laser beam is generated in the axial direction of the discharge tube 101. The optical bench is composed of a pair of flanges 111 mounted with the mirrors 2 and 3 and a pipe 110 provided with flange pads 1 which protrude from its periphery and where the flanges 111 are arranged. |
