PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate the sense of incongruity without changing the tempo of the music by outputting an inputted voice signal as it is without changing the speech speed when the inputted voice signal is judged as a music. SOLUTION: This changer consists of a music judging section 1 and a speech speed changing section 2. Inputted voice signals are transmitted to the section 1 as well as the direction 2. The section 1 judge whether the signals belong to a music or not and transmits the judged result to the section 2. The section 2 changes the speech speed of the inputted voice signals. If the changer is used for a hearing aid, the section 2 performs a time base expansion process on the inputted voice signals so that the speech speed of the inputted voice signals regenerated at a standard reproduction speed is reduced. However, if the inputted signals are judged to be a music by the section 1, the voice signals are outputted as they are without conducting a time base expansion process on the inputted voice signals. |
