PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To pick up a chip part surely under a state perfectly free from being pushed by a following chip part. SOLUTION: An intermediate pipe type hopper 13 contains a large number of bulk chop parts 15 and reciprocates up and down through rotation of a motor 19. A member including a stopper face on which a heading chip part 15 abuts against a part stopper 3 at a part take-out position 41, is provided slidingly. The chip part 15 drops from a separation pipe 27 down to a pipe-like feeding path 25 and sucked pneumatically to the part stopper 3 where the shutter is closed. When the shutter is opened by oscillating a drive lever 57, pneumatic suction is interrupted and the member is moved to escape on the stopper face thus releasing the heading chip part 15. |
