PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily display a stereoscopic moving image by using a lenticular lens. SOLUTION: A polarizing sheet 2 having stripped polarizing plates 2a and 2b arrayed at right angles to the length direction of the lenses of the lenticular lens so that their polarizing directions are changed by turns and an image sheet 3 are layered and images for the right and left eyes are observed through polarizing spectacles 4 using polarizing filters and formed independently for the right and left eyes to obtain a stereoscopic image, and this time-series image is observed through the operation of the lenticular lens, so that the stereoscopic moving image can easily be observed.
