PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To most suitably schedule the production planning of a production line mainly constituted of persons with respect to a production planning management device. SOLUTION: Required information related to the production line, the number of persons, the work time, etc., is inputted from an input part 1. A first judging part 2 judges the data input is new data input update data input. A second judging part 3 judges the presence of operation designation. Information of the production line, the number of persons, and the work time to which operation is nit designated are stores in a memory part 4. A third judging part 5 judge the actual work time of a day. A first operation part 6 calculates the number of persons required for production based on judgment in the third jurdging part 5. A second operation part 7 calculated overs and shorts of the number of persons in accordance with the number of persons required for production and information of the number of persons from the memory part 4. The number of persons required for production and overs and shorts if the number of persons calculated in this manner are stored in a memory part 8. A picture processing part 12 performs processing so as to display the condition of the number of persons based on data in memory parts 4 and 8 correspondingly to the line. |
