摘要 <p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allocate a band with high precision by virtually executing allocation corresponding to the desired band of an exchange on an origination side and the free band of a virtual path and informing the exchange on the origination side of the result. SOLUTION: The exchange 1-1 on the origination side generates a packet 4-1 for control in a fixed cycle by a packet-for-control transmission/reception part, writes the desired band and transmits it to the exchange 1-3 on a termination side. At the time of receiving the packet 4-1, the change 1-2 turns a non- allocation band width to a receivable band width, calculates a difference between a desired band width and an allocation band width at present, turns the allocation band width to the value of the desired band width when the difference is less than the non-allocation band width, decides the value less than the non-allocation band width at present as the allocation band width when it is not, writes it in the packet for the control and transmits it back to the exchange 1-1. The exchange 1-1 which receives it obtains the information of the new allocation band width by the allocation band width in the packet 4-2 and informs it in an order.</p>
