<p>Geared motors (40), fixed on supports (44, 46) within the upper window cones, operate the shutters by cranks (41) on their vertical output shafts (39). The crank end-pins (48) ride in slotted horizontal guides (47) on the shutters. The central motor (12) support (45) is adjustably mounted (42) to accommodate varying window widths. In closing, one shutter (50), through an adjustable link (15, 24), swings the motor (12) into engagement, via a fork-and-peg linkage (9, 10) with the latch-drive shaft (7).
