PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure the safety of data and programs by stopping an operation when an inputted code does not match with a code inside a storage means and a processing specified by a user is a specified processing. SOLUTION: A code (log-in ID) inputted by the user in a keyboard 4 connected to a CPU 3 or another device inside the same network and respective user registration codes inside a log-in ID file in an optical disk device 8 are compared, and on condition that both match, the operation is performed and the processing specified by the user (processing corresponding to a command inputted from the user) is, executed. When the inputted log-in ID does not match with a maintenance registration code inside a maintainable log-in ID file in the optical disk device 8 and the user specifies the specified processing (when the command inputted from the user matches with the command inside the specified command file of the optical disk device 8), shut-down (power source turned off) is performed and the operation is stopped. |
