PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress the heat generation even in the frequency around 100kHz using iron oxide material containing P2 O5 in high concentration. SOLUTION: Within a low loss oxide magnetic material, an iron oxide material containing 0.01-0.1wt.% of P2 O5 is used and the main component is composed of 52-54mol% of Fe2 O3 , 33-37mol% of MnO and remaining mol% of ZnO while as for the subcomponent, Na2 O not exceeding 0.12wt.% (excluding 0) of Na2 O, 0.004-0.025wt.% of SiO2 and 0.03-0.12wt.% of CaO are contained. |
