PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of a horizontal streaky abnormal image by providing a control means for rotationally dividing a photoreceptor, at the time of warming up a fixing means. SOLUTION: A recording paper after receiving the transfer of a toner image is separated from the surface of a photoreceptor 1 and carried to a fixing unit 8 by a carrying belt 7, to fix an image on the recording paper. The surface of the photoreceptor 1 after the image is transferred is cleaned in such a manner that stuck soil such as toner remaining after the transfer is removed by cleaning blades in two stages 9a and 9b and then, charged by an electrifying roller 2 again. At the time of warming up the fixing means, the photoreceptor 1 is driven to rotate until the contact part of the surface of the photoreceptor 1 with the electrifying roller 2 is rubbed by the blades 9a and 9b on the surface of the photoreceptor 1 at least several times or more by the control means. Thus, foreign matter after being transferred to the surface of the photoreceptor 1 from the electrifying roller 2 is wiped by the blades 9a and 9b and the surface of the photoreceptor is leveled, so that the horizontal streaky abnormal image can not appear. |
