PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a customer guidance system which displays the wait time of each customer at the ATM corner of a bank, etc., and displays the machine number of an ATM that a customer uses and the customer name for the customer whose turn comes. SOLUTION: An ATM operation management device 1 generates a queue of customers for ATM use from customer information inputted from an input equipment 3 such as an ID card reader, judges the vacancy of ATMs 4a-4c and 5 according to transaction data sent from the ATMs, and informs a customer that his or her turn comes and gives a guidance about an ATM to be used according to the queue of the customers through an output equipment such as a large-sized display 2 connected to the ATM operation management device 1. |
