PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the frequency of exchange processing that is carried out at each branch office and to improve the exchange processing efficiency by performing centralizedly such exchange processing that the slip data totalization processing, the fund shift processing, the fund shift slip production processing, etc., at a center office based on the slip data received from each branch office. SOLUTION: The slip data received by FAX from each branch office are outputted to a transfer processor 1 and stored in a slip data file 29 of a file device 8. A totalization processing part 6 of a processing terminal equipment 13 totalizes the slip data stored in the device 8 for every branch office to produce the totalization data. At the same time, the sorting items, i.e., the transfer types, the designated transfer dates and the handling destination types are set as the classification items of the totalization data and classified by items to prepare the totalization data. A fund shift slip production processing part 7 performs the fund shift processing to each branch office based on the totalization data on every branch office and produces the fund shift slip data for shift of the fund. |
