PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize miniaturization and cost reduction by eliminating a need of special circuits and control not only on the transmission side but also on the reception side. SOLUTION: This device 1 converts the input signal supplied through an input terminal 2 to one-bit digital data by a sigma delta (ΣΔ) modulation circuit 3 and subjects this data to biphase mark modulation by a biphase mark (FM) modulation circuit 9 and transmits it to a digital data reception equipment 20 through a transmission line 12.
