<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a surplus cord from being a hindrance by forming two circular side plates with cord arresting sections formed in relative positions on the periphery with the spool shaft in-between, the cord arresting sections which constitute at both the ends of the spool shaft cord inlets-outlets, cord arresting holes and front-side and back-side cord coming-off preventive grooves in two places, respectively. SOLUTION: A cord to be put in order is bent at any desired point. With the bent portion positioned outside, the cord is passed through a pair of cord insertion holes 3 of a corresponding size, and is placed in a cord arresting hole 4. The cord is then pull inward to open, and is adapted to a front-side and a back-side cord coming-off preventive grooves 5, 6 and secured there. The cord is wound around the spool shaft 1, and its end is passed through the cord inlet-outlet 3 in a cord arresting portion of the same size on the opposite circular side plate in a relative position and the back-side cord coming-off preventive groove 6, and placed in the cord arresting hole 4. It is then passed through the adjacent front-side cord coming-off preventive groove 5 and the cord inlet-outlet 3, and is placed in the cord arresting hole 4. The cord is adapted to the back-side cord coming-off preventive groove 6, and is secured there.</p> |
