<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce dispersion in the sheet resistance value of film substrate for each place by providing a 1st notch for inserting a connector on one side terminal of film substrate on the side of conductive pattern and providing 2nd notches, for which the depth of notching is equal with that of 1st notch, positioned at side of that 1st notch. SOLUTION: A tablet 10 is constituted by laminating a film substrate 12 in the same shape on a rectangular glass substrate 11, the peripheral edge parts of counter surface of both the substrates 11 and 12 are adhered by a seal agent, and the upper surface of film substrate 12 is made into pressing operating plane. Concerning that film substrate 12, a 1st notch 18 for inserting a connector 28 is formed at one side terminal on the conductive pattern side and other 2nd notches 19 and 20, for which the depth of notching is equal with that of 1st notch 18, are formed while being positioned at side of that 1st notch 18. Thus, the dispersion in the sheet resistance value of film substrate 12 for each place can be reduced, the tablet is miniaturized, and the detection is carried out with high accuracy.</p> |
