LNG FIRE POWER INSTALLATION

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To economically recover produced carbon dioxide y providing a boiler for combusting natural gas with oxygen, and using cold heat of the liquefied natural gas as part of a power supply for an oxygen manufacturing apparatus and thereafter evaporating the liquefied natural gas for a fuel for the boiler. SOLUTION: Liquefied natural gas(LNG) 9 from a liquefied natural gas supply source is fed to an oxygen manufacturing apparatus 3 to drive an expansion turbine with the cold heat. Part of oxygen 2 is used as power for expansion, and the liquefied natural gas 9 used for the power for the expansion turbine is guided as evaporated natural gas 4 to the boiler 5 for its combustion with the oxygen 2 from the oxygen manufacturing apparatus 3. The natural gas 4 is combusted with the pure oxygen 2 not including nitrogen in such a manner whereby the ratio of carbon dioxide in waste gas 6 is increased up to about 90%. Accordingly, the carbon dioxide 7 is easily recovered from the waste gas 6.
