<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the discrimination accuracy of presence of a charging condition by transmitting, to a remote position, the indication of a voltage detector for detecting a charging condition fitted on an insulation arm which is mounted on a traveling part traveling on a rail provided at a supporting structure. SOLUTION: A traveling part 11 travels on a rail R consisting of steel frame or the like which forms a supporting structure T. An electrode part 13 connected to the voltage detecting position E of a high voltage line and a detection part 14 for detecting a charging condition are fitted on the top end of an insulation arm 12 mounted on the traveling part 11. A data transmitting means 15 consisting of optical fiber 15 is connected with the detection part 14 to transmit the indication of the charging condition to the ground, or a remote position such as a monitor room. The traveling part 11 is provided with rollers which travel on the rail R, a carriage which retains a motor for rotating the rollers and so on, a positioning means 16 for setting the orientation of the insulation arm 12, and an image pickup means 17. It is thus possible to discriminate the charging conditions from the remote position with high accuracy.</p> |
