<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily assemble a backpost unit which is rigid and high in durability. SOLUTION: The assembling method for the backpost unit of grand piano has an inner rim and back beam assembling process which fits and assembles a back beam 4 between the right and left of the inner rim 2 forming the outward shape of the grand piano, a deflection adding process which places a forward load on the back beam 4 to deflect the back beam 4 forward, a prop fitting process which fits a backpost 3 between the inner rim 2 and back beam 4 while the deflection is held, and a removing process which removes the load.</p> |
