PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To find stress and deformation generated when separate two objects contact with each other by a load such as heat and a load at high speed by using a finite element method. SOLUTION: The final load is given to an analytical model having mutually opposing two surfaces, and a linear analysis is performed (S5 and S6) by a finite element method, and the number of overlapping nodal points and an overlapping quantity of respective ones are found (S7). Next, an optional nodal point load is given to the overlapping nodal points, and the final load is given, and a new overlapping quantity of the nodal points generated when the linear analysis is performed by the finite element method is found (S9 to S13). Lastly, a nodal point load under which the whole nodal points just contact with each other is found (S14) from the overlapping quantity calculated in a step S7, the nodal point load set in a step S10 and the new overlapping quantity found in a step S12, and this nodal point load and the final load are given, and the linear analysis is performed by the finite element method, and stress and deformation are found (S16). |
