PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow the user to make an easy contact with opposite parties without knowing plural telephone numbers by means of this telephone set. SOLUTION: The three-party speech service is provided through a public line 1. A PHS slave set telephone number memory 43 of a telephone set 3 stores telephone numbers of other telephone sets 6 connected via the public line 1. A hooking circuit 42 holds a speech with an opposite telephone set by sending a hook signal to the public line 1 after the reception of an incoming call. After holding a speech with an opposite telephone set by the hooking circuit 42, a dial circuit 44 dials a telephone number stored in the PHS slave set telephone number memory 43 to the public line 1. After the confirmation of connection to the other telephone set, the hooking circuit 42 sends a hook signal again to the public line to release the holding of the speech with the opposite telephone set. |
