PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rapidly and high-efficiently recover spherical heat-storage mediums with which a heat storage tank is filled by skillfully utilizing characters wherein small spherical heat storage mediums are floated in brine. SOLUTION: In recovery of small spherical heat storage mediums with which a tank 7a of a heat storage tank 7 is filled, a heat storage medium-recovery device 8 is connected to an upper manhole 7d of the tank 7a. With brine fed in the tank 7a, the heat storage mediums floating in upper part of the tank 7a are caused to flow over the manhole 7d together with brine and discharged in the recovery device. After the heat storing mediums and brine are separated into a solid and liquid by the recovery device, brine is returned to the heat storage tank and the heat storage mediums are recovered. Meanwhile, the heat storage device comprises a netty passage 8b laid in a zigzagging state in a body case 8a, an inlet 8c connected to the upper end of the passage 8b and to the upper manhole 7d on the heat storage tank 7 side, an outlet 8d opened to a lower part, a brine storage part 8e, a brine return pipe 8f, and a pump 8g. |
