The cutting filament can be manufactured from materials such as polyamide, metal, metal-plastic material or hemp. The longitudinal profile of the filament comprises a series of crests and troughs. Trials have shown the profiled section cutting filament to be up to 13 decibels quieter than conventional round section cutting filaments. |
