PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect the positions of a plurality of moving bodies in a relatively narrow area at a low cost and with accuracy without being influenced by waveform degradation or the like. SOLUTION: A radio transceiver for a mobile station is fitted to each of a plurality of moving bodies 1. Pulses of inclined waves such as chopping waves with peaks are transmitted from one fixed master station 2 in time series by the number of the respective transducers in each cycle. Each transducer receives only the pulses in a period assigned to the own station of each cycle and transmits a reply. The reply is received by a plurality of fixed receiving stations 3, 4, and the position of each moving body 1 is detected from an intersecting point of the largest directions of the receiving intensity of the respective fixed receiving stations 3, 4. |
