PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a screen easy to see by inputting a obtained video signal in a zoom processing circuit, enlarging an area except a blanking area at every division screen and removing the blanking area from the respective division screens. SOLUTION: A CCD imager 112 is provided with plural photoelectric transducers. Then, the storage electric charges of the plural photoelectric transducers are read one in one field period in a normal photographing mode. In the high-speed photographing mode, the electric charge stored in an element of the specified area in the photoelectric transducer is read N-number(N is an integer being more than two) times in one field period as a valid charge. A driving means 28 drives the CCD imager 112 so as to sweep out the electric charge stored in the element of the area except the specified area to a drain N-number times in one field period as the invalid charge. An enlarging means 61 enlarges the image consisting of the valid electric charge in a one-N-th screen to be the one of a size for the portion of one-N-th screen in the high- speed photographing mode. By the configuration, the screen is made to be easy to see. |
