<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discriminate presence of charging at a remote place with high accuracy by disposing a voltage detecting part and an electrode part coming into contact with a charging part connected to the voltage detecting part, and providing a data transmitting means for transmitting a charging condition to an insulation rod in an electrically insulating condition. SOLUTION: This charging display device 10 is provided with a voltage detecting part 12 for neon lamp or the like which turns on at the time of charging, and a protruding electrode part 13 fitted on the end of an insulation rod 11 whose insulating quality is excellent. A data transmitting means 14 disposed with an insulating condition kept is mounted between the end and the base part of the insulation rod 11 to transmit data to a display device 15 through a signal cable 15a. The voltage detecting part 12 operates on no-power supply with partial voltage of ground voltage distributed by impedance through an electric insulator between the electrode part 13 and a clamping part or a grounding part, thus emitting light. When the electrode part 13 is brought into contact with the high voltage line, light is emitted by a potential difference with partial voltage. It is thus possible to discriminate presence of charging at a remote place with high accuracy.</p> |
