PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the video or audio of a high quality by setting a calculated average value to be the difference between at least one stream of the video or audio and a system time reference referring value to execute deviation detection to prevent the generation of the inadequate frame skip or repeat processing of the audio or video. SOLUTION: This device is provided with an audio/video decoder 30 as a decoding means inputting video PESs from a video channel and MPS-decoding each of them and CPU 40 as a control means equivalent to a deviation detecting means, a timing control means and a means calculating an average value. Then the time difference between the time stamp of a video stream or a audio stream and the system time reference referring value is sampled and its average value is set to be the time difference between the video stream or the audio stream and the system time reference referring value to execute control based on the difference. Consequently, the error of deviation is reduced. |
