PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To attain sure management when a line capacity is revised. SOLUTION: A control information storage section 44 stores a maximum allocation band 45 representing a maximum capacity of a line, subscriber side total band information 46 of a subscriber line side, intra-station total band information 47 of an intra-station line side, a VP(virtual path) band information 48 denoting an allocation band for each VP, and connection information 49 representing relation of connection of VP between subscriber side line sections 1-1-1-n and intra-station side lien sections 3-1-3-n. A variable capacity control section 42 obtains values of the subscriber side total band information 46 and the intra-station side total band information 47 when the capacity is revised upon the receipt of a capacity revision request from terminal equipments 10-1-10-n based on the VP(virtual path) band information 48 and the connection information 49. The values of the subscriber side total band information 46 and the intra-station side total band information 47 are collated with the maximum allocation band 45 and it is discriminated that the capacity is revised when they do not exceed the value of the maximum allocation band 45. |
