PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To relieve a load imposed on an operation result reception monitor processing by reducing a delay from the reception of an operation result till its detection. SOLUTION: Upon the receipt of an operation request from a maintenance operation device 2, an operation request control means 11 of an operation management section 1 sends an operation command to an exchange 3 and gives an operation result reception monitor command to an operation reply control means 13 based on an optimum operation result reception monitor recording read from a monitor time storage means 12. The monitor time storage means 12 stores the measurement result measured by the operation reply control means 13 and analyzes and stores the optimum operation result reception monitor recording based on the processing time, number of times of processing and stored monitor recording. The operation reply control means 13 monitors the operation result reception from the exchange 3 according to the monitor period and monitor number of times based on the optimum operation result reception monitor recording upon the receipt of the operation result reception monitor recording and measures the processing time and number of times. |
