PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent information from being illegally provided with a leaking interactive identifier by providing the term of validity for the interactive identifier with which successive access from the same user is discriminated. SOLUTION: A client 101 sends an information acquisition request from a user to a server 102 through a network 103 and the server 102 reads the requested information out of an information storage part 203 and sends it back to the client 101. Here, the service control part (WWW demon) 401 of the server 102 has a means 411 which discriminates the user for which the information is provided, a means 412 which issues an interactive identifier given its generation date and time to the object user and discriminates the successive access from the same user, a means 413 which embeds the interactive identifier in the provided information and sends them to the corresponding user, and a means 414 which inspects the interactive identifier and disallows the information to be provided after the validity expires.
