A process for the production of M-hANF which comprises using manifest vector which inserts hybrid gene encoding amino acid sequence of fusion protein consisting of phage fr crust protein and M-hANF followed by transformating E. coli, and then high-density incubating transformated E. coli, and after separating, refining manifest fusion protein to remove phage fr crust protein.
