The rocker arm (2) is fastened and torsionally fixed on the spindle or shaft by casting, preferably in the injection moulding process. The cast-on part of the rocker arm encompasses the related end of the spindle around the circumference and on the end face. In the casting area of the rocker arm the spindle is provided with knurling (3), toothing or slots (4). The slots are filled out by the material of the rocker arm to make it more stably fixed on the spindle.
