Cover for upper end of sheet pile wall on inland water course

The cover (20) comprises a profiled section with a web (21) and two flanges (22,23). Below the web on the outside bottom of the land-side flange (23) are threaded members (130) with inner threads aligned perpendicular to the longitudinal extension of the cover or wall. The threaded members are welded on at the intervals of the pile wall peaks and troughs, or at a multiple of it. Through bores (131) for the bolts (132) are aligned on the land-side flange at the bottom with the inner threads. An abutment, e.g. of steel sections, is welded on the underneath of the web near the water-side wall of the land-side back (12) of the pile wall in alignment with the threaded member.
