Vehicle lamp for mounting behind rear-window as additional braking light

A lamp arrangement for a car has a housing 918) fastened near the rear windshield (14). The car body panel (12) has a hole (40) leading to a hollow chamber (16) below it and the housing is attached by a clip(44) in this hole. The bulb is inserted from the hollow chamber side. The clip is a bayonet one. The clip presses the lamp housing against the inside of the windshield. It has an eccentric cross-section which can be turned between an assembly position and a final fastening position. The eccentric cross- section is formed by a springy deformable arm extending radially. The clip also serves as a mounting for the bulb.
