Filling fine pastry wares with e.g. apple, plum or cherry mass using pistol injector or valve

A method of making fine, filled baked wares. The mass (2) to be filled is delivered from a vessel (4), which is pressurised by a medium. The mass passes through a flexible filling tube (15) and is injected under manual control, using an injection and dosing pistol (13). The filling is injected into the wares before baking. Also claimed is the corresponding equipment, with separate filling tubes (15) for low- and high viscosity fillings (2).
